You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use our services for personal or internal business purposes. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
IV. Limitation of Liability
Inno is committed to providing reliable and secure services, but we cannot guarantee that our platform will always be available or free from errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inno disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance, reliability, and security of our services. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or any interruptions in service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is to discontinue use of the platform.
V. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Inno operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body. By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
